Why not? The Colbert Report on the national campaign trail. It would be awesome!
TV stations are required to give even time to all candidates, so if Stephen was a real candidate, Comedy Central would have to give all of the other candidates a half-hour show as well.
That would actually be an enteratining idea... give all politicians a 30 min show on the Comedy Network. I'd be laughing!
